Some fitness questions are really hard to answer.
Not because they are complicated, no, most are very simple.it’s just that the wrong question is being asked.
It’s just that the wrong question is being asked.
We can thank marketers for this. The kind that use convoluted “science” and manipulative advertising.
When most messages related to weight loss come with a tagline for a detox, special workout, or supplement, it obscures the point altogether.
Case in point – I came across a forum post that ended with “What should I eat for better abs?”
Here’s my answer:
Maintain a calorie deficit for an extended period of time.
Simple, but not easy.
