A few months ago, I met Becca Mitchell for a coffee and, within minutes, we began to talk about hosting a kettlebell workshop at Training Camp Nashville.

As is often the case, I happened to be enjoying a chocolate chip cookie with my coffee and just like that, Kettlebells & Cookies For A Cause was born.

All ticket proceeds went to Vanderbilt’s Children’s Hospital and Christie Cookie Co. generously provided the post-workout treats.
