Last weekend was UASPL raw nationals and my first experience coaching at that level.
True to form, the meet was well run and everyone from the vendors to the athletes to the officials were super helpful and supportive.

I had the pleasure of working alongside powerlifting legends Sioux-z and Matt Gary backstage for Tracy’s handling.
Tracy trained with Sioux-z during her time in DC and really took her technique to the next level!
Cindy Amatuzzo
This was a seminal meet for both Cindy and myself as it was her first competition that we trained and peaked for through online coaching!
