What's the deal with kettlebells?

Kettlebell training (when done right) checks a lot of fitness boxes:

The best part?  It's time-efficient and home-gym friendly.

You only need a few kettlebells, a little space to move around, and 20-40 minutes to get a great total-body workout!

Why should I listen to you?

I've been a certified kettlebell instructor since 2011 and have collected lots of nerdy letters along the way (HKC, RKC, SFG II, and FMS if you're curious).

More importantly, I have an extensive track record of helping folks from all walks of life to achieve their goals.

Nope.

I love all sorts of fitness methodologies and over the years have trained everything from powerlifting to distance running to jiu jitsu.

But I always come back to kettlebells because of their incredible benefits for me and my clients.

You don't have to workout exclusively with kettlebells either but I have no doubt they have a place in your fitness plan.
