Tracy found her love of strength training 10 years ago and never looked back.  She is a powerlifting and strength coach with a passion for helping women achieve their true potential.

She is a nationally competitive powerlifter and has competed in 18 meets since 2015.  She earned a spot on the 2020 USAPL Masters National Team and is the 2022 M2 67.5 kg National Champion.

As a distance coach with Anchor Powerlifting, she especially loves helping people who have never competed to train for and experience their first meet.

She spends her time giving back to the sport that she loves as a USAPL State Referee.

Zack Henderson

This is not a competition or max-out day. 

The weight you lift is completely up to you and we'll have participants of all strength levels in attendance.

I have an injury.  Is this workshop right for me?

First, you may pass on any or all movements.  You'll still learn a ton.

Second, you'll have the opportunity to try new techniques that may unlock pain-free progress.

While rehab is outside our scope, this event is tailored with you in mind.
