Get Strong. Have Fun!

During the seminar, you'll learn the process, but also the why behind the what - an overview of all the pieces that go into effective physical training.

The magic of training lies in the connections it creates - with yourself, your gym buddies, and your community.

Lift-A-Palooza is unlike any other live training event - not led by militant instructors or stuffy experts, but a small group of passionate lifters dedicated to the art of training and sharing it with others.

This is going to be the most fun, informative, and valuable training experience you have all year!

And Lift-a-palooza is open to all strength levels!  We'll tailor everything to your ability.

Just bring a good attitude and an open mind.

You'll come out not just feeling like you learned some new tricks, but have truly grown as a lifter.

Interactive, hands-on training events with this mix of high-caliber coaches at a professional facility don't happen very often.

This is an unprecedented opportunity to train with and and get personalized advice from leading coaches who truly care.

Honestly, this is the event I wish I could have attended 10 years ago.

Very few seminars like this one exist... much less at a reasonable cost.

Access of this kind for training and personal guidance could easily run upwards of $1,000 for any one of these coaches...

But the cost for a Lift-a-palooza ticket is nowhere near that...

Less than $750...

Less than $500...

You can register now at the early-bird pricing of just $349!

Your Party Hosts:

Tracy Cook

Tracy found her love of strength training 9 years ago and never looked back.  She is a powerlifting and strength coach with a passion for helping women achieve their true potential.

She is a nationally competitive powerlifter and has been competing since 2015.  She earned a spot on the 2020 USAPL Masters National Team based on her performance at the 2019 USAPL Raw Nationals.

She spends her time giving back to the sport that she loves as a USAPL State Referee.

Jeff Sokol

Jeff isn't in the business of creating six packs and feeding egos.  His purpose on this planet is to build a stronger, happier, and healthier human race.

Jeff uses kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight training, and a great attitude to accomplish this goal.

He works with teenagers all the way to retirees.

Jen Meehan

Jen is passionate about guiding her clients on the strength and wellness path and helping each person take action to build their unique foundation to reach their goals.  Jen makes it her mission to find unique ways to reach, teach, and inspire!

Jen is the owner of Alexandria Strength and Conditioning in Alexandria, VA and created an online program, Journey with Jen, to coach people who are lookin for some guidance along their pull-up journey.

Jen is the 9th woman to earn the Iron Maiden title by performing a military press, pistol squat, and tactical pull-up with a 24 kg kettlebell.  Jen is especially fond of the weighted pull-up and continues to be patient and persistent in her pursuit of heavy weighted pull-ups.

In addition to her training certifications, Jen is a former NCAA D1 Cross Country & Tracy athlete and has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education.

When she is not coaching clients or hanging on the pull-up bar, Jen can be found with her husband supporting her three kids at school events, hockey and soccer games, or taking her spoiled rescue black lab, Penny, for multiple walk.  Jen also has a love for floating down the Shenandoah River, karaoke, and country music.

Ben Swarts

Ben believes in an empathetic, person-centered approach to training, and understands the importance of creating a comfortable space for people to challenge themselves in.

He has been helping people of all ages and abilities learn how to lift weights, optimize their training, and grow as people, for over 10 years.

He owns HardShell Frost Iron Training in South Minneapolis where a community of 100 individuals connect, learn, and get STRONG.  He also leads the HardShell Barbenders, a team of 25 powerlifters for Special Olympics Minnesota.

Ben knows the power of discipline, focus, and intention with the iron and has felt - and seen - how this develops resilience for everyday life.  He primarily works with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercise, but also enjoys sandbags, sleds, and tires for adding a little spice to life.

One of his greatest joys is seeing members of his community do something they never thought they could do.

He knows there are a lot of ways to get strong, and believes that iron is a powerful vehicle for connection, growth, and positive change.

Zack Henderson

Zack has a passion for the art of strength training and has dedicated a career to helping people achieve their potential.

For over 10 years, he has coached hundreds of lifters from all walks of life to become stronger than they ever thought possible.

Questions & Answers

What if I'm a total beginner?

This is the perfect way to begin your strength training journey.

You'll save yourself from years of frustration and set the best foundation for your strength practice.

What if I'm an advanced lifter?

You'll for sure learn cutting-edge tips, tricks, and maybe a few exercises you've never seen before.

Even one new idea or minor tweak can produce huge results when you're at the top of your game.

I'm not at my peak strength right now.  Should I still come?

Yes.

This is not a competition, max-out day, or suffer fest.  We are here to learn from and support each other.

The weight you lift is completely up to you and we'll have participants of all strength levels in attendance.

I have an injury.  Is this workshop right for me?

Probably.

First, you may pass on any or all movements.  You'll still learn a ton.

Second, you'll have the opportunity to try new techniques that may unlock pain-free progress.

While rehab is outside our scope, this event is tailored with you in mind.

I'm in.  What should I bring?

Yourself, a friend, and a good attitude 😉
Comfortable athletic wear
Snacks & water
Pen & notebook
