Day 2 : Jordan Syatt

Morning Session:
Deadlift Domination

As an elite powerlifter, Jordan boasts an astounding 4x bodyweight deadlift!

And as a world-class strength coach, he's here to teach you his system for mastering the deadlift and how to fine-tune it for your unique goals and structure.

Barbell newbies will learn how to perform the deadlift safely and with confidence.  

Seasoned powerlifters will get unique insights into their techniques and programming to set new PRs.

Afternoon Session:
How To Build A Social Media Following
(that actually helps people)

Dan John

Dan John has spent his life with one foot in the world of lifting and throwing, and the other foot in academia. 

An All-American discus thrower, Dan has also competed at the highest levels of Olympic lifting, Highland Games. He also holds the American record in the Weight Pentathlon.

His books on weightlifting, include Intervention, Never Let Go, Mass Made Simple and Easy Strength, written with Pavel Tsatsouline as well as From Dad, To Grad. He and Josh Hillis co-authored “Fat Loss Happens on Monday.”

Dan now gives workshops around the world, writes books, hosts The Dan John Podcast, and works with private clients from all walks of life including professional athletes and military personnel.

Jordan Syatt

Elite Powerlifter, Precision Nutrition & Westside Barbell Certified coach, Jordan Syatt is well known for having been Gary Vaynerchuk’s personal trainer. 

Jordan began Syatt Fitness, his online fitness coaching business, from his dorm at the University of Delaware in 2011 and has become one of the industry’s leading experts in strength training, nutrition, and behavioral psychology.

Zack Henderson &
Tracy Cook

Zack and Tracy are your Lift-A-Palooza coordinators.

Zack is a strength coach and Nashville local with a passion for helping people realize their strongest selves.

Tracy is a current 2x national powerlifting champion, referee, and meet director with USA Powerlifting.

Together, they organize and facilitate unique training workshops for gyms, coaches, and strength enthusiasts.

We believe strength training is for everyone and should be a fun, life-long pursuit.  

You deserve all the benefits from a strength practice and we are here to make sure you maximize your results and have a great time doing it.

The weight you lift is completely up to you and we'll have participants of all strength levels in attendance.
