Do I need to be able to perform full Pistols and 1-Arm Push-Ups?

Nope.

The program is based around progressions and variations of these moves...

For example - reduced range-of-motion Pistol Squats and Push-ups from an elevated surface.

If your joints are generally healthy, you'll get a lot out of this challenge.

How long do the workouts take?

The Bodyweight Built Challenge includes 2 different styles of training days:

One will require about 30 minutes.  The other, even less.

You'll need to dedicate 2.5 - 3 hours a week to this program.

Who is this for?
