David is a world record holder in the Jefferson Deadlift and is the author of Off The Floor: A Manual For Deadlift Domination


Jennifer Millican is a powerlifting phenom and mother of two.

She holds two IPF world records - squat with 384 lbs and powerlifting total with 1,017 lbs at 123 lbs bodyweight.

In 2017, she won 1st place and Best Overall Female Lifter at the IPF World Championships.

Jennifer is the 2016 & 2017 USAPL National Champion and holds the American records in squat, deadlift, and total for the 57 kg class

Her 542 Wilks score is ranked 3rd among the entire USAPL open female class.

What if I'm a total beginner?

This is the perfect way to begin your strength training journey.

You'll save yourself from years of confusion and get stronger than you ever thought possible.

I'm not at my peak strength right now. Should I still come?

Yes.

This is not a competition or suffer-fest.  We are here to learn from and support each other.

The weight you lift is completely up to you and we'll have participants of all experience levels in attendance.

I have an injury. Is this workshop right for me?

Probably.

First, you may pass on any or all movements.  You'll still learn a ton.

Second, this experience will afford you the opportunity to try new techniques that may hold the keys to your progress.

While rehab and diagnoses are beyond our scope, this event was made with you in mind.

I'm in. What should I bring?

Yourself, a friend, and a good attitude 😉

Apart from those - comfortable athletic wear and a pen/notebook.

Squat shoes, belt, deadlift socks, etc. not necessary but bring them if you like to train with them.
